1. Program Management Support
HITS provides the following range of program management support services: management consulting, strategic CIO-level support, project management and review, budgetary and analytical support, administrative support, program research support services, information management, conference support, and reports and presentation services.

2. IT Operations and Support Services
HITS provides on-site IT operations and support services including: help desk and IT assistance, software support, desktop support, system migrations, network and hardware support, server operations, IT maintenance planning, proactive network management and operations, and web systems administration.

3. Help Desk and Business Process Outsourcing Systems and Services
Through either our own 7x24x365 staffed support centers, or through on-site staffing and outsourcing contracts, HITS provides helpdesk and customer relationship management services for our clients' internal and external customers. These services include: knowledge management, service level management, automated workflow processing, incident management systems and services, problem management, and outsourcing of business processing ( e.g. software support, human resource processes, customer service, and web-based service request management services).

HITS' full service call center operations include extensive interactive voice response (IVR), automated call distribution (ACD) and email/web interaction routing capabilities, customized toll-free numbers, 7x24x365 staffing in redundant locations, and customizable reporting. HITS can also provide its own full-featured help desk, incident management and business-process-outsourcing (BPO) web-based systems, SupporTrax™ and IncidenTrax™, through both hosted and on-site flexible licensing.

4. Food Safety Systems and Services
HITS provides food safety/ food security program assessment, design and implementation services. HITS' senior consultants have decades of experience implementing food safety, foodborne illness response and crisis management policies, processes and systems in organizations with thousands of facilities nationwide and international.

5. Data Encryption Systems and Services
HITS is a provider of encryption/decryption software technology called SkyLOCK that is a highly effective security solution to reduce or eliminate the risks associated with data breaches by securing data-at-rest for laptops, removable media, computers, and other similar applications.

6.  Administrative Services

Office Administrative Services. Provide day-to-day office administrative services, such as financial planning; billing and recordkeeping; personnel; and physical distribution and logistics for others on a contract or fee basis. These tasks do not provide operating staff to carry out the complete operations of a business. 

7.  Clerical

A.  (Document Preparation Services)  and (Telephone Answering Services)

B.  (Private Mail Centers). Services include:

(1) drafting letter or resume writing;

(2) document editing or proofreading;

(3) typing, word processing, or desktop publishing; and

(4) stenography (except court reporting or stenotype recording), transcription, and other secretarial services,

(5) answering telephone calls and relaying messages to clients,

(6) postal and mailing services and

(7) one or more other office support services, such as facsimile services, and word processing services.

6.  Technical Services

Engineering services for consulting, trade studies, requirements and design specifications, construction and installation of facilities, testing and project management, and related services. Specific tasks include Strategic Planning for technology programs, technical studies and analysis,  technology assessments, risk analysis and recommendations, logistics engineering assessments, system specific development, acquisition engineering, process assessments,  design trades and cost benefits analysis, training and human factors support, concept development/ requirements analysis, systems engineering assessments, documentation/reports /plans, IPT support and DHS technical assistance, Commodity-specific engineering support, Modeling and simulation support, test and evaluation support, integration of systems/subsystems, life cycle support analysis.
